Back in November 2003, this mother and father had a litter of very cute puppies. Their breeder lived in St. Louis. After the puppies were born, Gloria brought them into her basement and there they stayed until each one found a loving home.
Gloria placed the puppies in a room off the main basement. They were paper trained. The room was NEVER dirty. You could walk in and sit down on a bench and play with all of them.
It was very hard to decide which one I wanted. They were all adorable as could be! I finally decided on one that had two white socks on his front paws. He also liked to shred the newspaper on the floor!
I would go visit often and finally could take him home when he was 9 weeks old.
He was a big ball of fuzzy fur!
His formal name for AKC is Sir Nicholas Cody. Cody was his fathers name.
Today, he is not so little anymore...He weighs 130 pounds. He was only raised around me. So he doesn't care too much for men.
He is a very good protector....He lets me know if anyone is in his space. He doesn't like children that tease him. He loves to sit outside in the cool of the morning.
He is not a dog for everyone. Most people are intimidated by him.
He is my best friend!
Here is a pic of Nikki as he looks now
